My cholesterol history. Will be interesting to see how the new medication works. Phase 1 of the experiment was going paleo. As you can see, that helped my cholesterol. Phase 2 of the experiment was going cold turkey on my meds. As you can see, that didn’t help. So next 6 months is an experiment with a new med.
